Leadership

Educated at Sciences Po Paris and the French Naval Academy, followed by the Centre for Advanced Studies of the French Ministry of the Interior, Guillaume Lambert first served in the French Navy, including roles related to maritime safety and naval operations.
His career then continued in territorial administration and cabinet roles, before focusing on major programmes for the Ministry of the Interior: NexSIS 18-112, eCall and the Future Radio Network.
His leadership of ACMOSS, France’s national agency for operational mobile communications for security and emergency services, further developed this experience in designing and deploying nationwide critical services.
